Join Historic Boulder, Inc. for a presentation about the impact of the Federal Laboratories (Bureau of Standards, NCAR, NOAA) on the innovative essence of Boulder.  Historic Boulder Executive Director, Architect and architecture historian, Leonard Segel, will present the story with many illustrations.  The Labs have changed the course of Boulder, including the University, to adopt a progressive mindset for architecture, science, culture, commerce, residences, and even religion.
