Join Architect Leonard Segel for a guided tour highlighting the history and features of the important Modernist Buildings in Boulder’s Civic Center area.  See the contributions of architects whose designs grace our civic center area: including Frederick Law Olmsted, Jr., Saco DeBoer Glen H. Huntington, Hobart Wagener, Cab Childress, Charles Haertling, and James Hunter.

Len Segel splits his time as an architect, consulting with the Denver Design firm, KEPHART, and as Historic Boulder’s  Executive Director.  He is a founding board member of the Modern Architecture Preservation League of Colorado, the Co-author of the “Historic Context and Survey of Modern Architecture in Boulder,” and founding board member of the Colorado Chapter of DOCOMOMO.  Just for fun he likes to look at and talk about great design.
